The Order Process

Register your Customer User ID at our online store if you haven't already acquired one;
Select the items that you wish to purchase from our online store catalog;
Once you are satisfied with your orders, checkout the items in your shopping cart;
A confirmation email will be mailed to you referencing the items you have ordered;
Our sales team will revert, via email with the shipping details and final cost of your items;
Once payment is affected your order will be shipped to you.

Shipping Costs

All purchases made through our online store are exclusive of shipping costs. Upon receiving your order our sales team will revert via email with the shipping costs and final pricing of your purchases.
All shipping rates will be in accordance to shipping rates at the time of purchase. As shipping rates change from time to time, we prefer to revert to you with the final price of your items inclusive of shipping costs after you've selected and checked out your items from our online store.
We handle both local and international orders.
Its best to help us to help you. If you can collate your desired items in a single order, this will help us provide you with the most cost-effective shipping rates possible at the time of purchase.
Orders will usually go out within 1-2 business days upon receiving payment, if all the items are in stock. We use the most cost effective service in the business for small packages - Pos Laju. So you can rest assured that your package will get there safely and in a timely manner. We will email you with your package information and the tracking number so you can track the status of your package. All packages shall be insured against loss in transit. Should your package not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will look into the matter immediately.
All shipping costs of any returns shall be borne by the purchaser.
